Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Understands the four pillars of health: Promotive, Preventive, Curative, and Rehabilitative
2. Understands the Health and Industrial Hygiene Program Cycle (AREP)
3. Understands the process of Occupational Health Services
4. Understands and is capable of conducting Work Environment Measurement and Monitoring
5. Able to deliver training related to Occupational Health and Work Environment
6. Capable of developing work programs, schedules, reports, and documentation
7. Able to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Public Health (SKM), Nursing, or Chemical Engineering.
2. Must hold a certification related to Occupational Health & Safety (K3) in Work Environment.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supervisor in Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health (IHOH) within Power Plants (PLTU), Smelters, Construction, or EPC Contractors.
4. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to escalate issues encountered on-site.
5. Willing to be placed at Jobsite Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system
