Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Develop and implement comprehensive Logistic Plan aligned with project budgets and schedules
2. Oversee end-to-end inventory activities: receiving, handling, storing, picking, and distribution
3. Manage tender processes for Forwarders, PPJK, and Local Transporters
4. Design optimal cargo consolidation systems for efficient delivery
5. Expedite shipping documents and coordinate with Importation/Customs Clearance teams
6. Implement fuel management systems for daily operations
7. Minimize losses from damage, dead freight, and demurrage
8. Build effective warehouse systems to support construction activities
9. Establish and maintain delivery time standards
10. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in logistics/supply chain with EPC construction projects
3. Proven expertise in transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management
4. Strong knowledge of logistics planning, cargo consolidation, and warehouse systems
5. Experience with tender preparation and vendor management
6. Proficiency in SAP
7. Willing to work on roster basis at North Kalimantan site
