Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Oversee daily port operations, ensuring timely and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
2. Ensure that all port activities comply with national and international maritime laws, including port health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Lead, train, and mentor the port operations team to ensure peak performance.
4. Reports any anomaly in the process to the end user. Ensures corrective measures are proposed and implemented.
5. Prepares weekly & monthly reports and any other additional document reports when requested by the management.

Kualifikasi :

1. Minimum Diploma’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Port Section Head in port operations or relevant project management roles.
3. Certification: Valid ANT 2 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 2) certification is mandatory.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in port management software and systems.
7. Thorough knowledge of international maritime laws and safety regulations.
8. Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
9. Ability to speak Mandarin will be plus.
10. Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with roster based
