With this increased focus on coal, in 1976 the Mines Department divided East and South Kalimantan into eight coal blocks and invited tenders for these blocks.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Oversee daily port operations, ensuring timely and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
- Ensure that all port activities comply with national and international maritime laws, including port health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor the port operations team to ensure peak performance.
- Reports any anomaly in the process to the end user. Ensures corrective measures are proposed and implemented.
- Prepares weekly & monthly reports and any other additional document reports when requested by the management.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Diploma’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Port Section Head in port operations or relevant project management roles.
- Certification: Valid ANT 2 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 2) certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in port management software and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of international maritime laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be plus.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan with roster based
