Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Controlling production cost – budget versus actual, justify reason increase/decrease in product cost, and bring clear view on cost inefficiency
- Controlling Production yield – to ensure every loss on production yield being justify and necessary control taken to avoid such loss in future
- Review and share monthly production cost technical efficiency report to management team and lead monthly technical efficiency meeting with manufacturing team and management.
- Inventory physical verification (monthly and annual)
- Ensure 100% compliance to company internal controls related to production costing
- Being a well supportive business partner to manufacturing/utility/engineering/commercial team on cost efficiency project/saving program
- Proactively showing idea/suggestion/issues on production cost
- Annual production cost budgeting exercise. Fully own the budgeting exercise with zero based budgeting and cost efficiency as the goal.
- Take initiative to develop digitalized production costing reports that can support on time data requirement and decision making.
Kualifikasi :
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- Experience: 5 years of experience in production cost accounting within a manufacturing company
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP FICO Module
- English fluency is a must.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond and deliver in critical situation
- Highly numerate, analytical, and attentive to detail
- High degree of integrity, personal discipline, and a strong work ethic
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and an open mind
