Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Financial Reporting & Close: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements in compliance with PSAK/IFRS
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making
3. Tax Compliance & Planning: Oversee all tax filings (PPh 21/23, PPN, PPh Final), coordinate with tax advisors, and implement tax-efficient structures
4. Accounting Operations: Supervise AP, AR, and general ledger processes to ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
5. Audit & Controls: Manage external audits, strengthen internal controls, and continuously improve SOX/financial control frameworks
6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement automation opportunities (ERP reports, treasury management) to enhance efficiency and data integrity
7. Business Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to support pricing, cost-control, and profitability initiatives

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. Minimum 5–7 years experience in finance & accounting manager with at least 3 years handling tax
3. Proven track record of statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning
4. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) and hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP FI-CO, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
5. Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21/23, PPN, withholding) and demonstrated experience in tax filings
6. Solid experience implementing and interpreting PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards)
7. Hold Brevet certification (Brevet A & B) will be a plus
8. Experience working in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Beauty industries is an advantage
9. Strong analytical mindset, “finance storytelling” ability, and excellent stakeholder management skills
