Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Rotate across business units in the Small, Medium, and Commercial segments to gain comprehensive (360°) insight into business strategies, credit risk, and market trends.
Conduct field visits to analyze customer businesses and deliver tailored financial solutions.
Collaborate closely with senior RMs and branch leaders to assess small business operations, credit analysis, customer relationship management and take part in strategic projects related to financial inclusion, SME ecosystem development, and branch productivity enhancement.
Build and maintain customer portfolios through acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Develop your leadership potential by driving innovation and collaboration in real-world business scenarios.

Kualifikasi :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates form accredited and top local University.
Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
Actively involved in entrepreneurship and business communities, with hands-on experience in managing business ventures.
Open to all academic majors preferably in Agribusiness, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
Candidates with proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are highly valued.
Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
Age limits:
– Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
– Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
Single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
Willing to be placed in BRI work stations accross Indonesia.
